    Analysis of PrP res properties to determine the type of BSE. Results of Bio-Rad <t>TeSeE</t> Hybrid Western blot (WB) on the brain stem at the level of the obex after proteinase K digestion. WB results show the typical three band pattern of PrP res ; amongst which the upper most band represents di-glycosylated, middle band represents mono-glycosylated and third band represents un-glycosylated PrP.
